This newly constructed home is nestled between the Gulf and the Bay with peekaboo views of both.

A short five minute walk to the gulf, and 10/20/30 minutes from Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach and Apalachicola respectively, it’s the perfect location for a relaxing beach visit as well as Forgotten Coast adventures.

If a day trip fits into your plans, it’s an easy ninety minute drive to Panama City Beach.

The first floor King bedroom is accessible with just four steps at home entrance. There are three bathrooms total, one en suite in the primary upstairs King, another upstairs and one on the main floor.

The home offers Wi-Fi, televisions in each room, and a Bose Bluetooth stereo and an electric fireplace for rainy nights. A well stocked kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a large washer/dryer combo (second floor), bath sheets and bed linens. There’s an outdoor shower as well as beach chairs and a wagon available for your stay. Two front porches are ideal for enjoying the breeze, and a large back deck opens up endless possibilities for outdoor evenings and children’s play.

The Villa Del Sol Community offers a pool (not heated) with bathrooms, plus volleyball and pickle ball courts all inside the neighborhood.

Cape San Blas

Known for million dollar sunsets, Cape San Blas is a charming peninsula tucked between Port St. Joe & Indian Pass. The unspoiled beaches are friendly fire pits allowed) and relaxed, offering a beautiful Old Florida feel. The North end boasts a coastal bird sanctuary and the incredible Peninsula State Park.

For fun and adventure, take in the mysterious beauty along the magical shoreline of Stump Hole, and climb over fallen trees near the old lighthouse or enjoy a horseback ride on the beach. There are nice sized bike lanes as well as off road bike paths, and the lovely Salinas Park with it’s gorgeous paths hidden in plain sight is just yards away.
